A: What is a B&B?
Q. A Bed and Breakfast usually has 2-5 rooms and is usually run by the owner. What you get at a B&B is a level of personal service and comfort that is generally not available at hotels (unless you go to the kind that charge thousands of dollars per night). Our gracious hospitality, and pampering will make you want to come back again and again.

Q: Are the bathrooms shared?
A: No, our three-queen size rooms & penthouse  suite all have spa ensuites, our king room has a private bathroom (not an ensuite).

Q: Do you offer dinner?
A: No, but there are many great choices for dinner in the local area all within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

Q: Is There Internet Access at the B&B for the guests?
A: Yes we have wireless internet access so if you have a laptop with wifi capability it will connect immediately.

Q: Do You Sell Gift Certificates?
A: Indeed we do. Gift certificates make wonderful presents. They are especially great for birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas. Today most of us have more things than we know what to do with and they clutter up our homes. Most people are hard to buy for, but a getaway to a wonderful B&B such as Harbour View Manor is always welcome. And a gift certificate doesn't take up any room at all, plus the recipients end up with wonderful memories. It is also convenient. You can call us and tell us what you want, give us your credit card information and we can mail the gift certificate on your behalf. No more wandering around malls for that perfect gift.

Q: Is Smoking allowed in the B&B?
A: Smoking is not allowed on the Bed and Breakfast premises.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: We like our guests to check in between 3pm-6pm. We realize that this is not always possible and if the room is ready we do not mind if guests check in a little earlier. If you are going to be much later than you arranged, please do call us and let us know. Check out time is 10am.
